The Excelsior/OVS pavilions act as an official gift shop for Milan Expo 2015, and were designed by architects Alessandro Pedron and Marco Zito. The facades are made from brushed aluminium and etched corten sheets, which makes them look almost woven. Interactive kiosks within the store allow a modern shopping experience where visitors can buy capsule collections, accessories and hi-tech gadgets created exclusively for this store by young, international designers. Post-Expo, the pavilions will be reused as nursery school areas for children of employees at the Coin Group HQ.
