This New York subway map may look just like a lot of other metro maps, but look a little closer and you’ll see that Thrillist has replaced the names of each station with an “honest” description of what you can expect at each underground stop in what they call The Real Manhattan Subway Map. At Grand Central 42nd Street, for example, you’ll probably find “tourists and people trying to get past them to their jobs“, whereas 168th Street has been renamed the “creepiest subway station in Manhattan“. Of course, it’s not meant to be taken too seriously, but if you’re from New York, perhaps you can see some truth behind at least a couple of the new station names…
