Aakash Nihalani is a talented installation artist from Brooklyn who has a minimal and colourful style. His work allows the audience to interact with it, letting them live their own experience of the art. This collection of geometric shapes, called Projections is comprised of interactive canvases on a white wall which use motion software in order to allow the gallery visitor to move the art in their own way, showing flashes of colour or movements of the whole piece. The aim of this was to change perceptions of how art should be appreciated. Take a look at the gifs below to see how the art works.
