Underwater Pigment Art | Kim Keever

These photographs by American artist Kim Keever remind us a little bit of the work of Italian artist Alberto Seveso. Don’t you think?

 

Kim’s colourful abstract pieces are created by tipping pigment into a take of water and photographing the unpredictable reaction. The results of these experiments are photographs filled with colours and shapes that simply can’t be planned. A selection of photos can be found below.
You can see the artist’s work in NYC’s Waterhouse & Dodd gallery, where he has an exhibition called Random Events.
